247 North Ave is a 28-story tower located in the heart of Downtown New Rochelle, powered entirely by geothermal technology. 247 North Ave is the latest residential development further transforming New Rochelle into a walkable and vibrant mixed-use community, just a 30 minute train ride into Grand Central Station. Residents enjoy a suite of amenities including an outdoor pool and rooftop lounge with panoramic views of the NYC skyline and Long Island Sound.

Envoi, North Bethesda, MD

Envoi is a 354-unit, high-rise rental community in North Bethesda, Maryland. Built as part of a transit-oriented development partnership with WMATA, Envoi will be the fourth and final residential development in the The Quad. Residents will have immediate access to all that the community has to offer including dynamic shopping, dining, entertainment and arts and culture experiences. Envoi sits adjacent to the North Bethesda Metro Station, allowing for easy commutes in and out of Washington, D.C.

Charlie, Hoboken, NJ

Charlie is just one piece of the ambitious Hoboken Connect project. The 365,000-square-foot residential tower will offer 386 apartments, with a mix of studio, junior one-bedroom, one-, two-, and three-bedroom living spaces. The ground floor will be dedicated to retail opportunities. The residential experience will include 14,900 square feet of amenities, including co-working spaces, pet spa, outdoor pool, resident lounge, fitness center, and a rooftop deck.

107 Morgan, Jersey City, NJ

Rising 382 feet, 107 Morgan will feature 633 rental residences, 210 enclosed parking spaces, and a 5,200-square-foot open-air arcade at street level. The development will also offer 19,635 square feet of ground-floor retail and gallery space, thoughtfully divided among three storefronts, along with a range of public amenities designed to enhance the surrounding community.

Mclean Crossing, McLean, VA

McLean Crossing will introduce a thoughtfully designed, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood that redefines mixed-use development in McLean, VA. Spanning 21 acres, this visionary master plan will encompass 2.6 million square feet of diverse uses, seamlessly integrating residential, retail, and commercial spaces. Prioritizing walkability, connectivity, and a vibrant streetscape, McLean Crossing will cultivate a dynamic, human-scaled environment that fosters community engagement and enhances the surrounding area.

1775 Biscayne Blvd

LCOR's ground-up development project at 1775 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater, Miami marks a significant expansion into South Florida. Designed by ODP Architecture & interiors by Asprea Studio, the 42-story tower will feature 544 premium rental residences, 50,000 square feet of amenity space, and a 628-space onsite parking garage. The development offers a diverse mix of studio to three-bedroom units with thoughtfully designed amenities including a rooftop pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, tenant lounges, co-working spaces and a gaming area.
